▪️Orders will be dispatched within 2 days from the date of Order ( Sundays & Holidays
are not included )
▪️There may be an extra 3 to 4 days delay in order dispatch due to volume orders
during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and unavoidable
circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones etc, in such
cases our team shall inform you about delay via whatsapp or call.
▪️Once the order is shipped it takes 3 to 4 working days for delivery within Tamilnadu
and 7 to 10 days maximum for states other than Tamilnadu.
▪️We cannot cancel the order once it's placed successfully.
▪️Nominal Shipping Charges are applicable as per the weight of the package and delivery location.
▪️Free shipping is valid only for selected period of time
▪️We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to receive your parcel in the courier service timings (ideally 9am to 7pm IST). In-case of receiver unavailability, the courier executive would attempt to call you. If the calls as well go unattended, the parcel would left at the nearest hub. You can either pick it up yourself from the nearest hub or repay the shipping charges if you want to get your parcel reshipped to you. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.
