Return/ Refund Policy
▪️We do not offer any return/exchange unless there is a damage in the product.
▪️If there is any damage in the product please contact us (8778676307) with a full opening video of unpacking the product without any kind of editing.
▪️Opening video should be taken right from the beginning of opening the parcel; product should be checked thoroughly for any damage while recording the video;if any damage is there,it should be clearly shown in the recording opening video itself.
▪️Damage find in the opening video is only valid and considered for return/refund
▪️Damage not found in the opening video will not be considered as damaged product.No refund or return will be done in that case strictly.
▪️The product must be unused and should be in the same condition as you received it.
▪️The product should be returned to us within 3 days from the date on which the product is delivered.
▪️Without proper parcel opening video, no return/refund is done.
▪️Once the returned product reaches us, the product will be reviewed for quality check;If the product is clear, refund/exchange will be done in 4 to 7 working days (Monday to Saturday which not included any public holidays)
▪️We reserve the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or if it iss received damaged or has been found to be used.
