1.1 Goods once sold will not be taken back or refunded.
1.2 Refunds are not provided for change of mind, color preference, design selection, or size issues.

2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

2.1 Exchange is permitted only in case of genuine manufacturing defects.
2.2 Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
2.3 The product must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With original bill and tags intact

2.4 Exchange approval is subject to management verification.

• Discounted or offer-sale products

4.1 Refunds, if approved, will be issued only after product inspection.
4.2 Refunds may be processed as:

• Store credit, OR

• Replacement product

4.3 Cash refunds are generally not provided unless approved by management.

5.1 Customers must record an unboxing video while opening courier parcels.
5.2 Claims without proper video proof may not be considered.
